What are our rental hours?
Our rental hours range from 8:00am to 8:00pm, however you must specify your desired rental time during booking. On the day of the event, unless otherwise specified we will arrive on or before your listed start time.
How is delivery and set-up?

The contact person on the contract must be present on delivery to review the contract and safety procedures. Once the inflatable is set up and secured, it cannot be moved. The set-up area needs to be easily accessible and free of debris. The best location to set up an inflatable is an open, flat area with no overhead trees or power lines. Depending on the number of rentals, set up can take approximately 30-45 minutes. Please check the dimensions of your booked inflatable to ensure enough space is available to accommodate the rental. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure in advance for adequate space and provide a flat area for set up clear of objects and debris. Inflatables use a fan blower in order to remain inflated so a source of power must be available to power the inflatable. If electricity is not available, then a generator can be rented at an additional cost.

Is set up extra?

No, although additional fees may apply for some outlying areas. Areas in the triangle area will not need to pay for set up. Please contact us for any additional fees that may occur due to distance. We promise we will not break your pockets.

Will set up take away from my 4 hour rental?

We will arrive 30-60 minutes before your party start time to have your bounce house or inflatable water slide up and running and ready to enjoy for the entire party time. If we have a high rental volume on the day of your rental, we will contact you the day before to let you know if we will possibly need to deliver your inflatable bounce house or water slide hours before your rental time. This will not change your rental time or price

Do you clean your bounce houses and water slides before each rental?
We clean, sanitize and check for any equipment malfunctions when your bounce house or water slide arrive at your party, and before it leaves your party. That’s right! You get to watch us do a great job keeping everyone safe and germ free. Any heavy cleaning will be done after we leave your rental location.
Do we have to keep the inflatable plugged in the entire time?
The only time the inflatable should be unplugged is during inclement weather. Bounce houses and water slides must ALWAYS be connected to a running blower.
Can I rent an inflatable to be used at a non-residential property?
Of course!! If the property does not have access to electricity you will need to rent one of our generators with the inflatable.
What are my payment options?
We will accept Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, Card and Money Order. We will consider accepting checks from established businesses.
What if we need to Cancel our rental?

Under no circumstances will refunds be given. If the renter or owner must cancel due to inclement weather, then you will get a rain check good for 1 year from your original event date.

Do I have enough space for your bounce houses and slides?

Most of our rentals require a minimum 20 X 20 space. We also require easy access to this 20 X 20 space.

What surfaces will you set up on?

Flat surfaces covered in grass are perfect for putting stakes in the ground to secure the inflatable. Concrete and black top surfaces will require us to use sandbags to secure the inflatable. We will put tarp under all setups for extra reinforcements. We will not set up inflatables on gravel, sharp surfaces, or hills.

Can I see your contract and safety rules?

YES! We encourage you to visit our policies link and abide by our requests.

Are we responsible for damaged or torn equipment?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for the normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears over time. If your rental develops a tear at the seam, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix the problem. If damage occurs due to a failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, you will be responsible for damages up to and including replacement of the unit and blower. We do not want you to be in that situation, so we will have you sign and initial of on all our safety rules so that you are the trained operator on site. We will inspect, and disinfect, and clean our units after every use, so we will be aware of any damage to the inflatable after use at your event.
